AIDA Deep Tank Freediver

DeeperBlue.net worked with the BFA during 2004 to offer freedive courses at the Submarine Escape Training Tank (S.E.T.T.) at HMS Dolphin in Gosport, Portsmouth. This is a 30m deep heated tank used for training submariners in the art of escaping from submarines. It is an ideal place to learn and refine your freediving skills, especially in winter.

AIDA have ratified a two day "Deep Tank FreeDiver" course at the tank. These courses include all classroom sessions and materials, entrance to the SETT, hire of freediving equipment, a 60 page freediving manual, discounts on clothing and other apparel and lunch and snacks on both days.

Qualified freedivers can also come and practice their freediving in the warm water. Ideal if you don't like the cold!

You can find full details including a FAQ and Photo Gallery and book online via www.deeperblue.net/courses/sett.
